If you prefer to book with a deposit instead of paying in full online, follow these steps:
This option is a manual booking process — just text, call, or email us to select your dates.
1. Pay Your Security Deposit
A $500 per-person Security Deposit is required to secure your dates. We’ll send you a Stripe payment link via text or email.
Your credit card stays on file for the Remaining Balance.
The Security Deposit is applied toward your trip’s grand total.
2. We’ll Send Your Paperwork
Once the deposit is paid, we’ll send your Invoice Agreement and the 2026 Trip Preparation Guide.
3. Pay the Remaining Balance
If your trip is MORE than 90 days away: Balance is due 90 days before your trip.
If your trip is LESS than 90 days away: Balance is due 10 days after booking.
The Remaining Balance is charged to the card on file and includes a 3% processing fee. Your Invoice Agreement will list the exact due date.
Avoiding the 3% Processing Fee
You can mail a check to the address in your Invoice Agreement.
The check must arrive before the due date to avoid the automatic card charge. -
Our $500 Security Deposit (per person) is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If you booked through the Online Booking Portal:
Contact a Wild Trout team member 90+ days before your trip to receive a full refund through Stripe back to your card on file.
Trips canceled within 90 days of the start date are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
If you booked using the Manual Deposit Method:
Cancellations BEFORE your final payment due date:
You will only forfeit your Security Deposit (per angler).
Cancellations AFTER your final payment due date:
You are responsible for the full trip Invoice amount.
