    1. On the Booking Calendar select: First Select which Trip Package by choosing from either tab. (Package Tabs are directly above the Calendar) Then, select Trip Dates*, & Group Size**. Click ‘ Book Now’.

      *ON THE BOOKING CALENDAR ONLY TRIP START DATES ARE SHOWN — ALL TRIPS ARE 3 NIGHTS

      **Bookings for 4 Angler Groups — Only available on ‘Trophy Trout Hunting’ Package Tab.

    2. Proceed to Checkout page. Be sure to make your same trip selection before finalizing your Booking! You’ll be asked to Create an Account and input payment details.

    3. $500 Security Deposit per Angler.

      — Credit Card stays on file for payment of Remaining Balance.

      — Security Deposit counts towards your trip total.

    4. The Invoice Agreement & 2025 Trip Preparation Guide will be sent to your provided email on your account that was created during booking.

    5. Your Remaining Balance is DUE:

    • IF trip is MORE than 90 days away: Balance due 90 days prior to start of trip.

      — or —

    • IF trip is LESS than 90 days away: Balance due 10 days after Booking.

    Remaining Balance: Charged to your Card on file. This will include a 3% Processing Fee. Due date listed on the Invoice Agreement.

    • To Avoid 3% Processing Fee: Mail a check to the address on the Invoice Agreement.

      • Check must be received before due date to avoid automatic credit card withdrawal.

  • Our $500 Security Deposit per person is Nonrefundable & Nontransferable.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made BEFORE your payment due date: You will only lose your Security Deposit (per angler.)

    • Cancellations made PAST your payment due date: You will be responsible for the full trip Invoice price.

    • We have a strict No Refunds Policy.
